Data we collect
Enquiry form. When you submit an enquiry through our website we collect your name, organisation, email address and the details of your enquiry.
Direct correspondence. If you contact us by email or other means, we retain records of that correspondence including any personal information you provide.
Client relationships. Where you become a client of Hyperion Hospitality we may collect additional information necessary to provide our services, including preferences, event requirements and relevant personal details.
Website usage. We may collect standard technical information about your visit, including IP address, browser type and pages visited, for the purposes of operating and improving our website.
How we use it
We use the personal information we collect to respond to your enquiry and assess how we can assist you; to provide our hospitality and event access services where a client relationship is established; to maintain records of our client relationships and communications; and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not send marketing communications without your explicit consent.

Legitimate interests. Processing enquiries and maintaining client records is necessary for the legitimate interests of operating our business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
Enquiry records where no client relationship is established are retained for 12 months. Client records are retained for seven years following the end of the client relationship, in line with standard business and tax record-keeping requirements.
You may request deletion of your personal information at any time, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access a copy of the personal information we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate information; request erasure of your personal information, subject to legal obligations; restrict processing in certain circumstances; object to processing based on legitimate interests; and receive information you have provided in a structured, commonly used format.
